We have been accumulating inactive pull requests on our GitHub repo.  They are clutter, and they're creating extra work for maintainers, who have to check each one for recent activity.

Henceforth, the maintainers will close any pull request that has been inactive for more than two weeks.  No warning will be issued; it's up to you to keep track of your pull requests.

Closing the pull request is a benign operation; no data in a pull request is lost when it is closed.  You or your team can always re-open the pull request whenever you decide to resume activity on it.
