Details: Admins can configure the path of sendmail, which would allow them to point to a
wrapper script to achieve their desired behavior.
There will be a new option “sendmail_path” added to server attributes to configure sendmail location through qmgr.
Usage: qmgr -c "set server sendmail_path=<Path to configure>"
This option will be accessible to all with manager privileges.
