Interface-As an admin, I would like to have the mom log what type of mom she is each time the log file gets opened.

Details: In Mom logs log mom type each time the log file is opened, e.g., standard Mom, CPUset mom, etc.
So that user can know easily which type of mom she is.
Logs will differ based on the type of MOM, either standard Mom or CPUSET Mom.
