No warning about core files on startup if core files are renamed.

Description

Issue 181148 core limit says following

L.4 Interface changes.
L.4.1 Interface #1
L.4.1.1 Public
L.4.1.2 Stable
L.4.1.3 When PBS daemon starts, if a file named “core” in any of the *_priv directories is found, same will be renamed with ”core_” followed by sequence number, where sequence number starts from 0001. And PBS will print warning to console at start up when it finds a existing core file within any of the *_priv directory.
L.4.1.4 PBS will display below warning message in the startup:
L.4.1.4.1 Warning: PBS Professional has detected core file(s) in PBS_HOME that require attention!!!
Warning: Please inform your administrator immediately or contact Altair customer support

I see warning getting generated if 'core' file is not renamed. But once it is renamed to core_000x I see no warning on restart.
